KIK ELEVATE is Kids In Konflict’s fee‑for‑service professional training and development initiative focused on strengthening the capacity of youth‑serving professionals across systems of care. While KIK is committed to helping youth rise and rehabilitate, we recognize that lasting change depends on well‑equipped, well‑supported service providers.

KIK ELEVATE supports professionals working with system‑involved youth and youth impacted by trauma, substance use, emotional dysregulation, and developmental delays. Our trainings emphasize developmentally informed, trauma‑responsive practices that promote effective engagement and positive youth outcomes.
